Indian National Ship-owners Association (INSA) has lauded the recent move by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) to permit Indian-flag vessels to make calls enroute at Sri Lankan and Bangladeshi ports during their EXIM and domestic services.
